In this section, you will learn how to design and launch your first Feisty Life session.

By Email

Maybe you’re unsure how to start.  Consider sending me a brief email to begin with.   It may help you to clarify your thoughts and summarize your concerns.  There is no charge for reading your initial email.  If I think I can be of help, I’ll let you know, and we will arrange a telephone/Skype session.  (I no longer do strictly email exchanges.)

That initial email exchange means you have read and accepted Our Online Work Agreement.

Fees for Online Telephone/Skype

The Initial Phone/Skype Session is $225.00 (US) for 90 minutes, which includes 45 minutes of email exchanges.  If we decide to work together, I will ask you to complete my “Sort it Out” questionnaire.  This is a set of questions designed to help you explore your current situation.

After this Initial Phone/Skype* Session, you can purchase your telephone consultation time in these amounts:

• 45 minutes ($90 US),
• 90 minutes ($180 US),
• 180 minutes ($360 US).

If you are interested in having an ongoing consultation, consider purchasing one of two bonus packages:

• 240 minutes with 30 bonus minutes
  • 270 total minutes at a $60 savings
  • Six 45-minute consultations
  • $480 US

• 400 minutes with 50 bonus minutes
  • 450 total minutes at a $100 savings
  • Ten 45-minute consultations
  • $800 US

You are free to cancel a bonus package at any time and for any reason. If you do, however, you lose any bonus time associated with that package; your refund will be calculated on the basis of the remaining basic package, without bonus at a cost of $2 per minute. The telephone/Skype prices and bonuses offered here may change at any time, but you’ll keep whatever bonus time you’ve earned, if they do.

You can also purchase them in smaller increments after the Initial Phone Session as follows:

• 15 minute “touch base” phone calls are $50 as a stand-alone purchase.
• 30 minute “brief” phone calls are $65 as stand-alone purchase.

In addition, adult family members may share these bonus packages, after individual Initial Phone/Skype Sessions with each member.  It is perfect for the couple that has a lot to say!  (Couples sharing the same time block, using a telephone extension will be charged only for the minutes used.  i.e.: You pay only for the time actually spent on the phone/Skype; you aren’t charged for the second person.)

Email Exchange Fees

In the course of our work, you may find it helpful to compose your thoughts and email them to me.  While I don’t engage in stand-alone email therapy, I’m happy to receive your emails and discuss them in our next phone/Skype session.  You have 45 minutes worth of email reading time included in the Initial Phone/Skype Session. If, over the course of our working together, you rely heavily on emails, I may have to charge you at a base rate of $1 per minute for the time it takes me to read and digest these emails.  I will let  you know ahead of time if this applies to you.

The paper option can be slow! It takes about a week for a check to clear, and when you add mail delivery, it certainly extends turnaround time. But if you prefer to avoid the credit card industry and work at a slower pace, this option might be just right for you.

Ready to begin?  Start by doing two things:

1. Please read the page titled Our Online Work Agreement.
2. Follow the directions included in this Work Agreement, and return it to me.
3. Make your payment by clicking on the PayPal link on this page or mail a check to the address listed above.

I will contact you as soon as I receive Our Online Work Agreement and PayPal notifies me that your payment has been made, or I receive your check. I will then forward you the “Sort it Out” questionnaire for you to complete.
